  • I really don't agree, I have eaten white rice from time to time and have still lost weight. I guess it really depends on the person to be honest.
  • I dont know, I added more calories by consuming more then usual and I gained 5 pounds. I've also increased my workouts in the last 2 months and still haven't got out of the range I'm in. Its horrible trying to lose weight especially when you're trying really hard.
  • I like Paula, I do think she puts too much sugar in her sweets and one time when she ate a donut burger I could have barfed and thought it was the most unhealthiest mess I've ever seen in my life. I will catch up on the show sometime this week.
  • I use to be able to workout in the mornings. As a matter of fact I tried working out this morning but was too darn tired. I may have to go to sleep an extra hour early because doing 90 mins in the evening is taking up my evening times. I say this, when you do workout in the mornings, at least you got it out the way ;).
  • I want an elliptical machine. I'm up to 9 miles a day. I do however snack on Saturdays for some reason so I haven't seen a difference. Only 5 miserable pounds that I need to lose.
  • I loved it at one point. Probably last year when I lost 45 pounds. This year however, I hate it. I have been working out like crazy, and I mean crazy at least 90 mins a day and have only gained 5 pounds. My bones are literally sore and I'm not losing. I feel so ugh about workouts. Glad I found this place.
