  • :explode: :sad: I srarted then got sick just did not go back on Now i have gone back to gym but the sad thing was i lost i went down fron 8705 to 83 kg and put it all back if i count what i lost this week if i stuck to it i would have been 5- 7 kg down Nothing tastes so good to losse all that effort .I will start again
  • Just bit of work on your abs, if you had to build on that frame @ the gym you would look even better
