  • THere is a difference that is visible, even if its minor HOWEVER you said it best, it was not in weight / on the scale but you are feeling stronger and your abilities are improving, that IS A MAJOR difference right? Stay steady....good luck :) (I know easier said than done)

  • Thank you for saying this. I am almost to the point of scrapping the scale for maybe a month at a time, since even though I say "pay no mind! your are losing in inches" to myself, it still gets me down if I go up at all.

  • I have learned, as a working mother of 3, if I don't do it at 6am , its NOT HAPPENING. No matter how much I try, and say, ok, the minute I get home, I'll change and go run before I have to ............then the list starts, dinner, help with homework, pay this bill, blah blah blah......so Morning is the only way for me.

  • There is a 30 day shred group that was for April, there is a lot of inspiring stories there. I am 3/4 way through and feel so much better...didn't lose too much weight but yes in inches.

  • I have week one results: the only changes have been: 1. half inch off hips 2. 1 inch off the waist (below belly button line) I actually gained a pound, not so great, but I have been eating bigger breakfasts so not sure what that's about, gonna try to ignore the scale. :happy:
  • I really really recommend extra stretching at the end. She holds those stretches for like 3 or 5 seconds! We need at least 15 seconds on each muscle. This has helped me not be sore, so i just thought I'd mention it! Good luck!

  • Just the fact that i got up two times and worked out and got all 3 kids ready for school on time (sorta, one was a minute late) was a victory. I know its small but its a victory none-the less!:happy:

  • Trader Joes has excellent freeze dried fruit too, sweet, crunchy and although I may eat them at times with one serving of dark chocolate chips (thats 16 cchips)., I truly like them alone.
