Hi, I'm looking for some support & friends, I've had the MFP app installed on my phone for a while but have only started using it in earnest this year, looking to loose 3 stone (20kg) as my first target, already lost 1 stone in the last 5 weeks. I'm in Essex UK. Thanks Rob.

First post on here... I'm from Essex, been using iPhone app since beginning of 2013 (in earnest), find it useful but nothing beats real support! Would be great to connect with others!
