In the real world and not on the internets its kinda like... I am too self critical so often I just get upset I didn't do better, look better, and so on... I know it doesn't make any sense... I try and hide it with a reluctant thank you lol

I always keep a plastic baggy of cheerios with me just in case I get a bad erg for something bad lol Also a bottle of water and protein shake does me good on the go, but.... The best when I need energy is an orange or an apple :)

The gym is too much a pain in the *kitten* for me. Besides you can't grunt like a crazy person swear loudly and be a sweaty gross freak as freely as you can at home. I stopped going to a gym years ago, saved up for some weights and a bench, got a lifting buddie, and bought a mountain bike. I'll never look back at that…

Home for weights, and outdoors for cardio, even when it rains/snows. I think I would be a mix of eye of the tiger and talking though. That is if I didn't HATE going to a public gym.

Everyone is different. When I exercise 3hrs of bedtime I can't sleep at all hahaha and get the hungry horrors. Try it out on a night you have the next day off so if your up late you can sleep in the next day.

Hi, Self employed Electrician and Musician. You would think that being an electrician would be harder, but nope its defiantly singing and playing guitar, hauling the equipment around, and practicing 1-4hrs a day, then not getting paid for it hahahha. I'm crazy I know.
