OK 'my oatmeal' I love the way you explained that :) Now...my question is this...if I don't know how many calories I burn in a day how can I figure out my calorie plan? I'm a female..weigh 180lbs..and would like to loose 40 ish lbs in the next 4 months..what should my percentages be?
