Love Butternut squash. :) Most of the time we make it into a velvety soup. I also add it to most stews instead of potato. This past weekend I cubed it and added it to my chili. Turned out to be delicious and an excellent way to get additional nutrients and fiber.

Two Easters ago in the middle of a conversation with my sister, she looked down at my hand and said, "wow can you even take your wedding ring off?" It woke me up to how big I had become. The next day I downloaded and started MFP and haven't looked back.

Training for a 1/2 marathon in Oct. My current training plan has me running 104 miles in Sept.

I made this the other day. A bit time consuming, but the payoff was a delicious dish. Also it made enough that I could freeze 2/3 of the fresh raviolis to use later.
