I saw a Paleo bread made w/ coconut flour which was the first I had heard of it. Of course the company did not give the recipe but listed the 4-5 ingredients in it. If you want to look up the company or try googling Paleo Bread and find the ingredients, maybe you could figure it out. The bread sells for 7.99 a loaf online…
