I'll feel for you! I'm the same way! This week I walked 20 miles Monday through Friday and I watched what I ate and still didn't lose weight! I've almost decided it's hopeless! I've been stuck for a year and can't get in the losing mode! It sucks!

I'll whine with you! I'm the opposite! I'm not losing weight but dropping inches like crazy! I've lost 2 inches off my bust, 4 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips and 1.5 inches off my neck and only lost 1.5 pounds! It drives me crazy that dumb scale!

I did weight watchers and that worked for awhile and then I stalled! I'm now doing atkins/south beach diet! I'm restricting carbs and I started on Monday and have lost 1.5 pounds so far!

Your diary is not public! But what I did to break a plateau is I cut my carbs down to 60 a day for a week and I lost 3 pounds! Try playing around with how many carbs you eat a day and see if that helps! Good luck to you!

3-2-1 Cake-take 1 box of your favorite flavor cake mix and 1 box angel food cake mix and combine them together dry.
