Try plain greek yogurt with some blueberries or some other fruit and then I put some stevia in it too! It's good and has lots of protein!

I quit ww and used the money I spent on the monthy pass to join a gym instead of going to meetings and sitting there talking about food! This site is free and does the same thing as ww! Good luck to you!

I make my oatmeal in the microwave (old fashioned oats) then I put frozen blueberries in it and stevia and cinnamon! The blueberries cool off the cereal so you can eat it! I eat it every day! I love it!

I have to leave for work at 5:45 am so I just drink a cup of skim milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder! It has over 30 grams of protein and keeps me fill til 8:30 when I eat breakfast! You could also eat a protein bar! Cliff bars are good! Good luck to you!

I use the Walmart brand. It's 1 g of sugar for 1 scoop and about 140 calories. It's like 14.97 for a good size container and I've tried chocolate and strawberry! They are not too bad!

Try this if you like pumpkin! Fat free Cool Whip, 1 can pumpkin, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice! It's yummy! I got this from Weight Watchers! It's called Pumpkin Fluff! lol
