dont beat yourself up! 4lbs over the holidays is really not that big a deal, and certainly isnt "falling off the wagon" imo, dont sweat the small stuff! just stay consistent and get back to your normal routine restricting yourself now is only going to increase the chance of falling of the wagon again.

limiting fat and fiber pre-workout will speed up gastric-emptying and probably help with the upset stomach.
