Wish mine looked like that  Great Job!

I know you can get there! It has been awhile for me as well, but one step, one day at a time and we will all get there

Welcome. Best of luck to you

Look at your stats! Amazing! What an inspiration.

Oh my goodness, what a story! And you not only survived it all but learned to thrive through it all. What an amazing inspiration.

Great Job!!

Agree with all of the above information. Another thing I like to do is because I only eat out at restaurants on the weekends. That being said, I preview the menu's prior to going out, determine that it is within my calorie count for the day (either eat less earlier or exercise more prior to), then I go out and enjoy. That…

Hello.. By your stats looks like you are doing great! And best of luck to you also. One pound at a time, one day at a time we will get there.

So close! Let us know when you reach it

Hello dear fellow onederlanders.. It is the day to check in! Let us know how you are doing and how this week went for you. My week was pretty good by my standards. Exercised four times, weight loss of 1.7. Pretty happy with that. How about you? How was your week? On to onederland, 19.8.

Making the commitment. I was on MFP years ago and lost my weight. I did not maintain in the least and actually ending up putting more on than when I originally began. The same that was true then and is true now is that I feel I actually made the commitment. To log in every day. Every food, good, bad and ugly. I can always…

I used to do that right before weigh in's when I was on weight watchers. The urge was overwhelming the night before. One thing I did was eat something small. When I was determined I was going to keep going, I ate something healthy. So on and so on until the feeling passed. It did. The best I could do was damage control : (

Welcome Back! So sorry to hear about your daughter, hope all is well. Since you've been here before you know it works!

Sounds like we are all ready for this challenge. This is a great way to be accountable as we move forward to onederland! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Question? Did everyone log in all their food this weekend? How did we all do with exercise? I logged in but did not do great with exercise. Need to do better next…

Hello fellow onederlanders! Sounds great! We will keep each other motivated as we reach this goal and have a celebration when achieved.

I am like that in the beginning. If I step on the scale now, and don't see a weight loss, I tell myself to hold on and keep going. I have learned to trust the process, that weight loss WILL occur, maybe not when I want it to though.

Mine is the stamina. I have been on mfp and lost all weight then saw it as an end gaining it all back and then some. Maintenance is so very important, even more so than losing. Take it from me!

Make the commitment and follow through. I am older (40's) and I know nothing in my life has ever happened without first making the commitment. We can waver and say what we want but until that, nothing will change. Afterwards, it cannot be stopped. You can do this!

WOW look at that difference in the belly! Great Job.

Anxiety here. Used to be on medication for it years ago. However, Dr weaned me off and I have chosen to deal with it as it comes. Have definitely found that exercise is very effective in helping with anxiety. when i feel anxious, i go out for a walk and come back feeling refreshed. even though problems are still there I am…

Beautiful! Congratulations, what a great accomplishment. I am so looking forward to the time I can say I am one third of the way done, I just hit 10 percent of what I want to lose..
-
I am so, so sorry for your loss..
-
I know exactly what you mean. When I am stressed out I get this sick feeling in my stomach and want nothing to eat. When I was going through a very stressful time of having to sell my house and get out really quick, I lost about 30 pounds in 2 and a half months. I couldn't eat or sleep.
-
I passed my first goal of losing 10 percent of the weight I want to lose. My next goal is to lose the first 10 lbs. 2.5 to go.

I was at my highest as well, but decided to just take that first step 15 days ago and am down by almost 8 now. Taking the first baby step and committing. We are all in the same boat, we can all do this!
