Its so true!!!! I can be so good all week long and then on the weekend there are so many activities that put me at risk for messing up. Parties, movies, out to dinner with my husband. Bring a healthy dish (maybe a large green salad) to share and fill up on that and just taste everything else. Then go to the gym.

I dont remember exactly, mostly it was 10 to 20 lbs but I want to know how you log that in for your exercise. I cant find it anywhere unless I tediously log every single set. I love the class but would like to see me get credit for it in my daily log.
