I am kinda going through a similar thing right now.. lol its funny cause this post made me smile.. what is up with these men its almost as if my husband it trying to slip me up... its like he has been eating worse than ever and gaining some poundage...i am more concerned about my hubs health than anything..like coming home…

try drinking lots of Great Value Brand Grape drink (its walmarts generic crystal lite) it will keep you full give you the water you need and it tastes exactly like grape koolaide!! love love it.. try to make your meals smaller and healthier so you can eat more frequently throughout the day.. it will get easier! good luck…

also i didnt exersize a whole lot.. and it still came off.. i think it has alot to do with why ppl dont lose weight cause ethey r eating to little or too much..

yes that happend to me!! i was eating like eight hundred calories and wondering why nothign was happening.. then i decided to eat my 1200 calories and the weight started falling off.. along with drinking lots of water ! its odd but it took me quite a while to figure this out!! good luck!:wink:

it could be having a new born is exhausting and i chalk my slow weight loss after i had my children to exhaustion.. it makes me want to eat more for energy.. also i do think the not having period thing may have a factor.. idk.. it takes time but will come off with persistance.. good luck!

steer away from the malt beverages.. i had a parrot bay sunset malt beverage the other day and realized after the fact it was 240 calories for one bottle.. ughh.. :sad:

ABSOUTELY drink your water!! I was silly for a while and thought...well if i drink this water wont i weigh more... i decided to start drinking my water and the weight started to come off sooo much better!! i dont really like water too much so i drink great value brand grape generic crystal light.. its really yumo!:smile:
