I have gone through that too. Especially when I first started. It does get better. I think your body has to adjust to the reduction of calories. Choose healthy snacks like 100 calorie popcorn. Drink some water. Maybe try taking a walk and seeing if it will pass. Don't give up!!! You can do it.

Don't buy bad stuff in the first place. Plan on more exercise if you do mess up. Portion control is very important! Remember to drink your water. With that said I am having some problems with my favorite thing right now Nutella. Needless to say it WILL NOT be coming back into my house. My boys think it is funny. I am not…

Not accurate as far as I can tell. Each day changes based on the type of foods you eat and exercise routine. If you go over calories that changes it too. Best indication is the scales and measurements.

Awesome results. Your husband will be shocked.

My doctor set a goal of 150 which is the high side of my height. I like where I'm at but would like to lose 10 more pounds. I love going into a store and finding clothes that I like.
-
Just ignore it and focus on your actual weight loss.

Great job

You can do it. I started out at slightly heavier than you and set a goal weight of 150. I am your height. I met that goal and am trying to lose a few more pounds. It took me around 8 months to do it the right way. This site is a wonderful way to monitor your calories and track your exercise.

Works for me!!!!

Like you I have the summer off. The good thing was walking 3 1/2 miles every day. The bad thing was the off time thinking about food. But I made it. In May I lost 4.9, in June 3.1, and July 6.4. I did pretty good overall. I really miss the time to exercise since my days are so busy.

I joined in January of 2012. Happy to say that I met the goal I set a couple of weeks ago. I am happy and feeling great with my 50 plus weight loss. My family wants me to stop now but I'm considering 10-20 more pounds. It's nice to go in any store and buy clothes. I like comments like you are going to dry up and blow away.…

Looking good! Keep it up.

There are days my self image is terrible. I feel fat and look fat. Other times I look in the mirror and feel pretty good about how I look. People tell me I'm going to dry up and blow away. Though I know that will never happen it makes me aware of how much I have lost. It happens and just stick with it.

Set small goals and celebrate when you reach them. My friends have cheered me on each time I meet a goal, I loved buying clothes. You can do this.

I'm 5'5 and started out at 198 pounds in January. I now weigh 150 which was my goal weight. Have started working towards another 5-10 pounds.

She knows. We all know.

Gone from a DD to a D. So it does happen.
-
Yep me too. Happens every month. But it goes away and usually some more. Drives me crazy but it's part of being a woman. Just keep exercising and eating right within your calories.
-
You can do it! Just take one day at a time. I had the same goals of wanting to do things with my son. I enjoyed horseback riding with him and am looking forward to other things together. I also didn't want to be embarrassing to him now that he is starting high school. Just remember your goals and make great choices. Good…

Get busy doing something. Go for a walk but don't eat that! I feel your pain for sure.

I love Nutella. I use it as a treat when I do buy it. I could consume an entire jar like many others in one sitting. If I do eat it I stay within my calories and try to not eat too much which is hard. Probably better not to even buy it in the first place but I sometimes need that chocolate fix.

I just had lunch at Arby's and did fine I think. I had the Jr. Roast Beef sandwich and a side salad for under 300 calories. You can eat out just don't eat as much. Salads can be a great choice and limited the dressing. I'm sure the bacon on it does not help the calorie count.
-
Congrats on reaching your goal. I reached mine at 150 this morning and am now thinking a few more pounds wouldn't hurt. It's a great feeling to reach that goal!

1. Empty 100 calorie popcorn bag 2. Graded papers from my third grade students 3. My elliptical 4. Walk at Home DVD 5. Empty coffee cup (drank a cup of instant coffee because I was cold)

Drop the boyfriend. :-/ I think you look great in the last picture. In the middle picture you are too thin for your height. Remember the scale is a number. You need to feel good about yourself too.

Good luck on your journey. I'll tell you it is not always an easy journey, especially if the people around you continue to eat what they want. With that said you can do it. Take it one day at a time. Set small goals like many others have suggested. If you eat something you probably shouldn't have eaten then get right back…

What a difference! Keep it up you and you look amazing!

Nutella. I LOVE that stuff!!!!!

I'm 5'5 and am right at 150. Would like to lose another 5-10 pounds but my family is getting really upset over me setting another goal. I know I have to do it for me and not everyone else.
