I do the 100 calorie popcorn bags. Seems like a lot of popcorn for me.

I'm doing 1200 calories a day. I usually eat 300 at breakfast and 300 for lunch. Then I eat more at supper and a snack later if I still need to. I exercise after supper.

I do the same thing. I look at the calories and think is it worth the time it would take on my elliptical to get rid of it? I eat something and then think about it. Was it too many calories? What else could I eat that would have been better? I weigh all the time too. I want to see the scales go down.

I love to scan my foods and look up what I am eating or thinking of eating.

I weigh daily and record if it is down. If it goes up I know it will come down if I do everything right. Then I record the next weight loss. I get excited about those losses too and know the weight will rise and fall.

As of this morning I have lost a little over 25 pounds in 75 days.

I have both but don't use the treadmill anymore. I get out and walk. I love the elliptical. I had knee surgery last fall and my elliptical allows to exercise with no pain now.

I prefer classes with an instructor and a group of people.It is a lot of fun and a great way to work out. I have the Zumba Wii and do use it when I want to change up my exercise routine at home. My daughter has the second Zumba Wii and likes it better. I have not tried it. I did Auqua Zumba this summer and loved it.

I drink a lot of flavored water too and have lost weight. I'll drink plain water after exercise and with meals when we eat out. I do not like plain water either.

Exercised on the elliptical now sitting on the couch with a 100 calorie bag of popcorn watching Smokey and the Bandit.

Tuna lunch kits are pretty good if you get the right tuna.

I am scared not to log. It's become second nature to do it to continue the weight loss. I lost a lot before and put most of it back on. I promised myself that I will not do that again after losing it again. It's harder to lose it this time too.

MFP put me on 1200 calories. It has been tough some days and I have been known to go to bed hungry. I try to exercise as much as possible but many nights I'm grading papers and working on lesson plans. I am loosing weight, almost 16 pounds so far. I use spaghetti squash too and a little marinara sauce.Love it!!!

I took a 3 1/2 mile walk today in the beautiful warm weather. First time since having knee surgery in the fall.:smile:

I never have been thin. Bad eating habits didn't help. I've lost the weight only to gain it back. Last time I lost 40 pounds but slowly gained it back after not having enough time to exercise. My job teaching is stressful and I dealt with it by eating. I tried to loose some this summer but with a daughter getting married…
