I do the same thing. We eat out more during the weekends then I spend the first part of the week getting it off. I have being doing better about gaining the last couple of weekends. I exercise everyday to help at least an hour. Yes alcohol has calories. I've cut them out basically now.

Friends!!! I have some people I walk with and when I feel like I really don't want to do anything they text me about walking. Great to have people with the same goals so we can motivate each other.

I'm 5'5 and I weigh 155. I am apple shaped. I wear size 14 and some 12's now. I see people who weigh more than me wearing smaller sized clothes and it really makes me want to get rid of my mommy belly.

I love Zumba. I had trouble with a knee and did Auqua Zumba last summer before surgery. My instructor tells us how to make the workout harder. You chose what type of workout you want. Time flies by when you do Zumba.

I am on 1200. I usually don't eat back my exercise calories. I eat lots of different things. A lot of tuna and I'm on a veggie burger or veggie chicken binge right now with once slice of bread. I eat peach cups with water, watermelon, banana, fresh green beans, cucumber, and 100 calorie snacks. I keep 100 calorie popcorn…

I log every day and everything. I'm still trying to lose and I need MFP to keep me accountable. The calories can creep up on you really quickly if you don't watch.

You look great. Something what 20 pounds can do.

Wow you look amazing.

I add Mio to my water. It sure does help me drink more water. If I've been exercising I find myself wanting plain water. If you drink it with your meals also that seems to help me.

I have starved for two days but have not caved in to over eating. Had a 100 calorie cheesecake snack last night and that helped. I keep thinking about food. Sitting in the house has not helped at all. I need to get out again and away from food. I have dome chocolate peanut butter eggs in the kitchen but have not touched…

It works. I was shocked at the calorie content of some foods I ate. I started in January and am down 41 pounds. Yes I exercise, and yes I drink the water. Is it easy? Not always but it has been worth every minute. I love the phone ap. I can track calories away from home easily and bar scan packaged food.

I have eaten things I want. I keep it within my calories. I've had pizza, tacos, bite of peach ice cream, ect. I watch what I eat when we go out. But I do enjoy some things just not as much of it.

If you have a lot of weight it does take a while to show. However I look at myself sometimes and still see a very heavy person even though people are like wow when they see me now. I know there is a difference but I have trouble seeing it myself.

Played clarinet in band. I later learned to play the lap dulcimer. Now I'm learning to play the banjo. My children each play 2 instruments a band instrument and a string instrument. I think it's so important.

I log as I eat them usually. That way I know where I am calorie wise. If we go out I'll look over the menu then figure what I can eat. Drives my family crazy.
