Depends on the type of results you're asking about. I definitely see better results in my muscle definition when I work in some incline/hills. I definitely see terrible results on my mile time when I add them.

Kohl's has Fila on sale most of the time and the prices are pretty reasonable. I wear Shock Absorber sports bra's, they're pricey (about $60) but they're amazing- the girls stay put like they've been duct taped :laugh:
