  • This is an addiction. It's a serious addiction. I'm pretty sure it's genetic because my mother passed it to me and I to my son. While I love printed books I got a Kindle for Vday this year and it's pretty fantastic. It's convenient and how else would I fit 30 books in my purse?
  • Finally broke my plateau! Unfortunately, wrong direction. 170.4
  • You ladies are amazing, you really make me rethink my lame excuses! Rach, I  the new pic!! I took some pictures in my new swimsuit Sunday, everytime I look at them I'm reminded how much I love Jillian Michaels. Goals for this week- - 30DS 5X - NO CHOCOLATE - BL Power Sculpt X3 - WATER!!
  • I'm pretty sure I hate you right now.
  • 169.4 ... Again. I was finally able to start working out again this weekend so I decided to start 30DS yesterday and I bought BL Power Sculpt. I'm leaving for a girls weekend in about a month so it's time to get serious about the swimsuit! Good luck to everyone! I'll be more involved this week than the last few…
  • I haven't heard that in FOREVER! Need to add it to my run mix, thanks!
  • I spaced on posting yesterday, sorry! I'm thrilled to say no change! I was worried that with as sick as I've been and as badly as I've been eating I would have gained but I weighed in at 169.4 again.
  • I'm still not 100%, can't handle the stairs without wheezing & such so I'm going to ease back into it this week, hopefully by next week I'll be able to run again. Goals for this week! 1. 3 days yoga 2. Walk everyday 3. Pay more attention to what's going into my mouth 4. In bed by 10
  • You won't get bulky. Body builders work so hard for every tiny gain, you won't have to worry about it happening accidentally. It's nearly impossible for women to bulk even when they want to. Your best bet is to lift heavy; there's a book called The New Rules of Lifting for Women, I *highly* recommend it!
  • Congrats on all the NSV's so far this week! My only goal for the week is to do what I can. My son & I have both been pretty sick (he still is, I'm almost over it) so I'm not eating much and working out really isn't happening. I will get to leave the house today though! Woo hoo for dr's appt's... Good luck all!
  • 169.4 according to the dr's scale this morning, down 1.2 Spent the majority of the last 72 hours in bed, finally got to the dr this morning, turns out I have respiratory influenza. Back to bed for until it's time to get little one from school. Good luck this coming week to all my pin-ups! I'll be back soon to chat, promise!
  • I'm losing a little but most of the women in my family are fairly large chested so I'm guessing they won't go too far. I always planned on having them put back up where they belong in a few years anyway
  • Kettle cooked salt & vinegar chips. Peanut butter. Jars upon jars of peanut butter. Pizza- preferrably thin crust veggie, but really any will do
  • I realized yesterday that I'm less than 6 weeks away from my first 10k, yikes! Revised my training schedule a little so my goals for the next few weeks will reflect a lot of that: 1- 3 miles, 2 times and 4 miles, one time 2- Drink my half weight in ounces of water EVERY day MINIMUM (170lbs = 85oz) 3- At least 8 hours sleep…
  • I tend to average 4-5lbs but have (thanks to the salt cravings TOM brings me) hit as much as 8lbs in the past. I agree with the suggestion of NOT weighing durinng TOM.

  • Down to 170.6 this morning. After a weekend filled with take out and pain meds I can't complain! Congrats on all the successes :drinker: For those on the flip side of that, you're still here, still committed- THAT'S what matters!
  • Happy Sunday morning ladies! I've been a little MIA for a few days, I pulled a muscle in my chest (Extreme Playground injury- turns out I can't zip line like my eight year old!). It's starting to feel better but the dr wants me to take it easy for two entire weeks... not sure how well I'll be able to do that... My…
  • Black fleece ANG jacket, also known as a "chubby".
  • Those are pretty common here but last weekend I was home to visit and passed one that had just been built. I pointed it out to my son and said, "Look, that's a huge D*ck's buddy!"
  • This is exactly what I was going to say. Has anything changed to make her less toxic? In January I had to "break up" with a friend (of 15 years) because of the negativity, childishness and resentment. She's tried to reach out twice but I know from mutal friends nothing has changed and there's just not a place for that in…
  • Major congrats to all the ladies in the last round! You ladies are amazing!! I hope everyone has a great St Patrick's Day, keep those NSV's coming!!!!
  • Ha. ha.
  • I will accept these as payment for baby-sitting....
  • Mostly this, but make sure you TELL him how it made you feel. Guys don't think the same way we do and they have NO idea what we're thinking. He needs it spelled out.
  • YES!!!
  • The tuna at Subway is mixed with mayo. Sorry, it's not so great either.

  • Didn't get a chance to post my week one goals yesterday (spent a good part of the day in bed with a headache)- *Drink a MINIMUM of 80 oz of water everyday *Get a MINIMUM of seven hours sleep every night *Three days of 30DS *Three days of running
  • Agree agree agree!
  • I over did the sodium a lot this weekend too. At least we can look forward to a nice drop next week :drinker:
  • Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I was just watching the news and it looks like the weather *may* cooperate enough for me to run OUTSIDE four days this week!!! (I hate the treadmill). This morning's weight ... 172.6 Good luck all!!
