We have both and I prefer the Kinect. The Wii Fit is fun but I don't feel challenged. You can fake it with the board but not with the Kinect's sensors (example:Wii hula hoop- it only sense your weight shifting on the board. Two complaints: 1. The one by me doesn't have a trainer. 2. They also don't have any scales in the entire building (they call it a "judgment free zone"). Honestly, for $20/month I can workout, tan & bring my sister ... it's completely worth it for me!

My boyfriend is a video game nerd that works at Best Buy, we bought the Kinect the night it was released. :laugh: They have several work out games for Kinect, I have Your Shape, Fitness Evolved and it's pretty great! There's another one that comes with an HRM that actually interacts with the game.
