Last time I went they had a salad bar, it was measley but grazing on carrots & lettuce is better than their pizza! I'd suggest eating a good protien before you go & try to avoid the food there.

I eat more meat now than I did before I decided to be more healthy. That being said, I still don't eat a TON and I'm much more particular about the type/cut of meat and how it's prepared.
