When you wash the clothes in the washer again because you can't reach in and pull them out. When shifting gears is nearly impossible. (My personal favorite) When the thought of standing up from the toilet makes you hurt so bad you just stay there.

Too much, too fast. I repeated every single week at least once, week 5 happened for a month! In fact, I'm still walking some (asthma). Go slower, it really does make a HUGE difference! And the shoes of course :smile:

There were trucks with fire hoses to spray us off after the one I ran but it's ice cold and it doesn't get everything. I'm not super fond of the yolk either so I eat 3-5 egg whites and 1 whole egg (because I know I need some fat in my breakfast) almost everyday. I love eggs and I'm constantly looking for new things to try with them. My cholesterol is on the low side of perfect so I'm thinking they aren't hurting me there.

You could use fresh fruit or natural honey to sweeten it. I prefer it plain but I'm not sure if it's an acquired taste or not, it's what I grew up eating. Good luck!
