I'm not going to lose! You better have a talk with Amber or Courtney... LOL However, when Round 2 starts water makes a HUGE difference with my Tom. I try to drink my weight in ounces of water during the 3-4 days before my TOM (I also retain HUGE!!).

Thin mints were created by God just to make me happy. I fully intend to by a few boxes & separate them out (two cookies = 80 calories) for snacks. I love them cold so I'll keep them in my basement freezer- that'll (hopefully) make it harder for me to just eat them whenever I think I want them.

It would be a toss up between potatoes (in any form, they're my favorite food group) or pizza. I love them both very much. VERY much.

I'm going to Disney World!! :bigsmile: No seriously. My gift to myself when I hit ALL my goals, running time & weight, is 4 days at Disney & registration in the Disney Marathon. I'm hoping to run it January 2012 and finish with a time of 4:48:00 or less (11:00 average). And I fully intend to run "dressed" as Cinderella.

I find it easier to drink from a bottle with a sport lid than anything else, it also keeps me sure of how much I've actually drank. I have a 32oz bottle and my goal is to drink 3 per day. I usually get to 4 or 4.5.

In all honesty, I'm shallow. A good friend of mine started running and lost about 60lbs and she convinced me to start running with her. I HATED the way I looked when I was running, then I fell in love with running. The healthier I am, the faster/longer I can run.

I love my Shock Absorbers but they weren't cheap. Before I bought them I wore 2 bras & a top with the bra built in. You just have to find whatever is most comfortable for you and good luck with C25K!!
