  • I'm new to MFP. I started on Monday. I've worked out on and off for years, but now I'm trying to really stay with it. I see a lot of 30 day shred fans and was wondering if anyone if doing Jillian's Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism or No More Trouble Zones. I've used them for about a week and a half and love them.
