You can make a really good veggie dip out of it. I do NOT like Greek yogurt AT ALL but loved this. Add a Ranch seasoning packet to the yogurt & use for carrots/celery, ect. Very good!

I get up at 4am. I have to. There is no snooze option. With 4 kids & a full time job, there is NO other time I can do it. I finally realized, if I want results, I HAVE to sacrifice...not just do what was convenient

Absolutely! Frame plays a big part in what weight looks/feels best! I felt I looked FANTASTIC at 150 but looking back I see how frail I looked….and I wasn’t working out then so it was all bone & NO muscle. This time I’m hitting the iron!

Had a great chest/arm day yesterday with a quick cardio session. I'm finally starting to see some difference, even if it isn't showing up on the scale. Thursday is my rest day. Back to it tomorrow!

I prefer bringing in my own lunch....I KNOW what goes into them. I eat a lot of salad with sauteed chicken breast for the filling protein. I get an average of 80 grams a day, I should be getting more according to what most say...a gram per pound. I get most of mine from boiled eggs in the morning and on salads. Peanut butter on celery, hummus, chicken. Sometimes I will have half a protein shake after my morning workout.

Morning all! I pretty much skipped my morning workouts all last week...:blushing: Got back to it this week. Legs & cardio yesterday, did a 30 minute body sculpting/low impact video this morning at home.

Knowing something isn't worth it. Just yesterday I stopped in a gas station & decided to get a drink. Saw the bottled lemonade and it looked sooo good. Took a look at the label & saw it would mean 70 carbs. A bottle of lemonade was so not worth that many carbs!

Awful. Our schools offer prepared salads as an option other than the "norm". Thankfully they love salad & take advantage of that often.
