I love Cliff Builder's. The chocolate mint is my favorite. Reminds me of a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie. ;) Yummo!

I eat 1800+. I have lost 50 so far and am aiming for another 24 pounds. 140 is my goal weight right now..

You can't spot reduce. Fat will burn off where every your body decides to burn it. For some, the belly may be the last to go. Do cardio and make sure you are eating right with lots of belly busting foods. Greek yogurt, avacoda, nuts..... and so on. Keep up with the weight training because that muscle development under the…

I'm game! Request sent :)

Same with me. I started out a 40ddd, lost 49 pounds so far and they are now a 36ddd. Lol. Glad to lose it around my back but I'm ready for a c cup again like before my kids! I want to be able to wear cute bras again! Lol

This..... And if you do eat them, lots of water to flush the salt. You may be peeing a lot during the night. Lol

Amen sister! I work out after work so I always have makeup on. Hell, I come to the gym in high heels and slacks right after work and change at the gym. I don't know how anyone can judge you for that.
-
Agreed. But it won't be fat so you will still be trim. :) Who cares what the scale says. Inches and hard muscle is where it's at. :)

What the mother F@*#?! In what crazy jacked up world are female gymnast even remotely NEAR being fat?!!! You have got issues. My daughter is a gymnast with MUSCLES including abs and v-cuts and she is more fit than any of her friends, aside from her fellow gymnast friends. Most of these girls don't even have periods because…

Shawn Johnson! Loved her. http://olympicgirls.net/sport-girls/sjohnson08natselsagetty814882512.jpg

The strength it takes to do these rings is amazing. I love gymnasts! My daughters favorite event is bars, ripped open calluses and all. Lol
-
Gymnast body all the way for me. Those girls are SOLID and still have beautiful curves. My 10 year old daughter is a gymnast but is becoming very womanly already...... Ugh! Anyways, I always envy her amazing abs with v cuts and the curvy booties. :) One day, my daughter will be in those Olympics! ;)

Honey, protein is a good thing and the limits MFP gives are stupidly low! Especially when you are exercising as well. I eat usually between 120-160 grams of protein per day. I do about an hour cardio only 2 days a week, then 30 minutes cardio with heavy weight training 3 days a week. The protein is needed to repair and…

Looking good! Way to go

I eat Fage plain greek yogurt. 1/2 a cup mixed with 1 tablespoon honey, cinnamon, 1/2 a banana, and some Bear Naked gronala sprinkled on top. If it's too thick for you, add some milk. but the honey will thin it out a bit. If my protein macro is looking a little slim, I will add 1/2 a scoop to it as well. This was my desert…

I gain about 5 from water retention. Don't let it get you down. It will go away and show your true weight loss. :)

Really??! I love them. LOL. Different taste buds I guess.

Just 3 chunks of cheddar cheese today and it was the equivalent of my dinner. Haha. Ah! Oh well. Now get it out of my house before I eat the whole damn block!

I don't eat back my calories burned from my workouts in general. If I do, it's usually only 100-200 of them. I try to listen to my body. If I still feel very hungry after all is said and done and I worked out hard, I will have something small but high in protein. I lift hard and heavy weights, as well as my cardio so if I…

As a general rule, the more muscle mass you have, the more fuel your body will need. I kept mine on the lower side, 1200, until I hit a plateau. Then I upped to 1500 and upped my excercise as well after 2 shock days, one of fasting, and one of heavier eating. Do not up your calories though unless you are increasing your…

Not at all! ;) I really think it's your device. Even a light workout usually will bring your average heart rate over 100. I really think it's not reading right. Maybe borrow a friends and compare the difference if you can.
-
Also, maybe the sensors weren't well lined up. And make sure to wet them before putting it on.
-
If your average heart rate is only 74 while working out....... That is hardly any effort at all if any. Mine fluctuates from 130 up to 175 during a workout of cardio and heavy weight training. I would say to seriously step it up a notch or look into other devices. That doesn't sound right at all.

I love it and use plain in cooking as well. However, just to eat, I usually eat a strawberry flavored. The plain I really have to dress up to eat it alone. :)
-
I have lost about 44 pounds and have only gone down in band size really. I was a 40DDD and am now a 38, but very soon as it's getting loose, a 36DDD. I think I may have lost a little volume in the top of my breast though which I don't like! If mine don't get smaller, I will have them reduced and lifted.
-
This is why I don't eat back my calories, but if I do, its usually only half or so. There is just too much room for error.
