CW: 154 GW: 135 roughly but more importanly fat loss from 28% down to maintenance of 20% :) I don't care what my weight is, I just want definition. Ultimately, working towards figure or physique competitions so fat % will be even lower with stage prep. Got a long ways to go. :)

I agree..... Frozen berries all the way. Plus, less sugar and carbs and more fiber that way! I ALWAYS love raspberries in mine.... yum!

Deadlifts, squats, hamstring curls, hip bridges, lunges, squat press w/ higher placement of feet........... Go to bodybuilding.com and seach the database for hamstring and glute exercises. I bench every week. Generally with dumbells because I rarely ever have a spotter. I do it on the Smith occasionally. I am currently benching 45# dumbells.

I too like it alone. My workouts are much quicker and more intense. The girls that I occasionally might go with are only cardio queens so its beyond boring. I hate cardio. I haven't done a 1rm on an Olympic BB yet (no spotter) but the last time I used a Smith machine, the weight was set at 95. I prefer dumbbell bench and am currently doing 40 pound DB for 6-8 reps X 4 sets. Me chest is my weak area for the most part but it is getting better. :)

Oh for sure. All the time! Currently wearing a scarf in the office. LOL. Funny though, after loosing 60 pounds, I'm always cold but sweat SO MUCH MORE during workouts. LOL.

Stuff your face with increased healthy calories and fats. Lots of protein and try a mass builder for a quick add of the calories. For exercise, NO cardio. ONLY weight lifting of heavy weights. Not sure what your exercise was before. Hopefully you get some success eventually. :)

Ah thank you! I do carry most my weight in my upper body which I HATE! I'm just ready for the boobs to shrink a bit already. Geesh. Lol. And I had my doubts about ever getting this small. Glad I was wrong. Can't wait to get new clothes! ;)

Calories and Protein!!! Gotta get the protein! I aim between 120-150 grams a day. I'm not a big meat eater so some days it is a struggle. LOL. Dairy is my friend on those days. ;)

Count it! A calorie is a calorie, over and over. :) Hell, an avocado is a veggie and the whole thing is usually over 250 calories. ;)

I do drink a protein shake that I make myself with a good whey protein, lowfat milk (fats are still good for you), some natural peanut butter, and a banana.
