Hey guys! I found an older pic of me from 2010... thought I should share it. I got this pic prepped for my #flex_friday post on Instagram (@Graphicsquib) tomorrow and I have to say I'm really happy that I left my old self behind. I hope I can motivate others soon as well! I start school next week to become a Health Fitness Specialist! Yay!!

I also have a quick favor to ask... I entered into a weekly photo contest for Fitness Magazine, and I need some votes!!     DawnEH612 -- I did it quick on Photoshop. Makes it easy to post side-by-sides, and also when I want to post to Instagram.. :)

    If I didnt know you I would look at those pics and say they are two different people. Your the reason I joined this site, I felt us unhealthy and happy as you looked, you look amazing and your my motivation to keep going! There is not an unhappy girl in any of your photos and I want to be the same

    You can!! Just imagine yourself in the future, laughing at picturing your "now-self", doubting your abilities!! For me it lifted some sort of weight off my shoulders. I pictured myself a month from now, a year from now, etc. and knowing it will come more quickly than first imagined, helped me stay consistent and motivated.. always point yourself the the future, because that is where you are headed whether you like it or not! :)

    Real inspiration. You honestly look a totally different person from before. It's brilliant to see before and after's like that, it show's that it can be done and no airbrushed fake pics to help! Awesome work!!

    Thanks for your help guys!!!! I went from 35th to 25th place today! So we're on the right track!! Lots of hardworking good looking girls in front of me but I have determination!! LOL! So, I'm asking all to repost, share, and keep bumping this thread to help me out!!
