Love Fage yogurt! Try the full fat versions of greek yogurt as they taste much better than reduced fat. You will find a vast difference in taste and texture with more fat. Check dates on carton too.

I'd be in Izmir, Turkey with my fiance. I was there last year at this time. We could work out together, explore all the historical sights, go out to museums, art galleries, etc. You know all the wonders a big city has to offer along with the exotic locale. Ahhh- I can sea the Aegean Sea from the balcony at his house.

I just switched to muscle milk lite. Not as good without the extra sugar, but they are really helping me lose weight! It just takes awhile to adjust your palate to less sugar. After awhile you don't miss it so much anymore. :)

Yolanda - you could use canned goods in place of dumbbells at home. Start with 1 lb cans... then eventually you will need real free weights. Hope this helps. :)
