Today was good. I stayed under my calorie goal. I had 90 g of protein. Getting enough protein is my struggle. I'm setting my alarm and going for a bike ride in the morning. Hope everyone had a good day! ( :smile:

I lost 5lb last week and was excited to begin to get 30 pounds off by Christmas. The weekend came and I was not as strict eating my protein. Got on the scales this morning and had put 2 pounds back on. I pulled out my bike and rode 3 miles to the beach and back. It was good to find this group to keep me motivated.
