Yes, I agree about watching how much tuna you eat in terms of the level of mercury in it. Different kinds of tuna have different levels I think I heard, but I can't remember which one is safer. Still I think the recommendation is that we don't eat tuna more than a few times a week (maybe 3?). Hope this is helpful.
