  • Maybe you're not drinking enough water and your body might be retaining fluid. If I don't drink plenty of water I start to gain water weight. I try to get at least 8 cups a day but when I'm running a lot I usually drink around 16 cups per day. How long have you been in a slump? It's normal to not loose weight for a few…
  • Same here! 33 years old. I keep coming on and off MFP because I also use runkeeper. But I really need to log my food so I'm going to make an effort to be more active in here. Feel free to add me, I need friends to help me stay on track.
