  • I joined MFP about a week ago and have been using the app on my phone daily. I am 47, 5'2" and 1/2, 192 lbs. I just joined Planet Fitness this past Wednesday. I also have started a modified Slim Fast diet. My biggest challenges are days I don't work and when I have my grandkids. Would like to lose inches more so than lbs.…
