if you have the equipment or just go to the gym, I personally can burn lil over 100 n 10 minute cycling on fat burner mode or 25min. on the elliptical on interval mode.

2 reasons only i can think of that is thriving me to go.....i look the best i can and get down to my wedding date weight..the second one is to be healthy for my third and final pregnancy since the first 2 i delivered preterm cuz i was obese and carried pre-eclampsia...yea this dont gaurnntee i wont get pre-eclampsia again…

i dont eat back exercise calories. i am starting to try this zig zag on my calorie intake..n well stay within my fat and calorie intake.
