My son goes to preschool and the teacher asked what is his sisters name going to be that mommy is carrying...he replies " daddy brought home a baby from the grocery store" lol idk how that plays into the name but it was funny...(note my son was very hungry he says n wasnt thinking)

i can tell you it does!!! i am also 27 weeks pregnant and still do it couple times a week to keep my frame in shape somewhat!!! i love it!

i went onto the biggest loser dvd to remain form n at least once a week do 30ds any level...thats just me and im pregnant. lol

i tracked my calories but as well as old habits n sweets i would pick a time of day to have 1 or 2 sweets every other day. that way i can be in moderation n still have sweets but not make it a constant thing...

it didnt kill my diet as i excerised alot that day...the only thing it killed was the sodium intake i took in...we had applebees. steak with parmesan n shrimp topping, mixed vegetables and loaded potatoes. for desert came home for strawberries and chocolate whip cream! yum

i gained 80lbs with my first two pregnancies and that wasnt my fault...i had a medical condition that made me retain water like crazy! so given i agree with no gaining that much but at same time some ppl cant help it if they develop something they cant control.

im basically jumping back n forth with the shred. i am currently pregnant n love how it keeps me moving...so i am on level 2 occasionally some days level 3. have a great workout!

im considered overweight and im 6mo pregnant now. eat right and ask your doc what kind of calorie intake you should be at and if there is any restrictions on exercise. i currectly have no restrictions on exercise n suppose to be taking in 2000 calorie a day. remember our body does need carbs so eat good carbs not bad carbs…

ive lost weight and inches...i stopped it for a different change up now backt it and im 23 weeks pregnant doing it...i enjoy the 3 2 1 system makes it fast and effective...by far the best i came across for 28min. workout.

my last workout was doin the treadmill for 60 minutes burning 729 calories. it felt great i tell ya...i dont know what my workouts are going to be like next yr given i am 18 weeks pregnant and have no clue what to do. i do believe i will still be doing the treadmill tho.
