  • Also have a think about where you are in your cycle. I will always gain 1-2lbs in the week before or around that TOM. Drops after 1-2 days. Don't get discouraged by the scale. It is only one tool of measurement.

  • I have a polar FT4, around $84 Australian on ebay. It's really easy to use, comes with an chest strap that's really comfy. I really like knowing how many calories I burn for my stats, rather than using the MFP estimates. Hope this helps :)

  • I started the 30DS yesterday and I am SORE! I going to merge it in with what I'm already doing (C25k, Pilates and Yoga). I mainly bought it as I won't be able to do Pilates starting in May due to a clash with other commitments. Planning on doing it 2-3 times a week (which means it'll be more like a 90 shred).
