I had the same problem and its not will power its appetite. What I started doing was eating bigger lunches and eating dinner in 2 sittings. If I was ready to eat dinner at 6pm, I would eat half and save half for 8pm. Also, I dont know if you enter your food after each meal but I wait until the end of the day to enter…
