  • I've been having around 1500 for a year and have lost over 5 stone with no cravings at all. I find the key is not depriving yourself, just adapting your attitude towards food. Good luck :-)
  • Couldn't agree with you more. The amount of times I've tried to lose weight by cutting out the things I like and predictably it hasn't worked. I discovered MFL and I've not looked back since. I don't really have any cravings at all because if I really fancy something I just have a smaller portion, everything in moderation!…
