  • Hi these are 3 of my favourite juice recipes: 1. 1/2 lemon, ginger, 1 green apple, 1/2 cucumber, kale, celery. 2. kale, pineapple, lime & mint leaves. 3. celery, spinach, lemon, carrot, mint, zucchini. Enjoy.

  • Today I completed my 30 day challenge & am pleased with myself. I certainly notice a difference in my body, I feel more toned & I have lost weight. I will see how many days I can go. The daily practice has helped me tune into my body & acknowledge where I'm at on the day. I feel relaxed & happy.
