Exactly ;) She may miss out on people who may help her on her journey if one's out if one misses one day logging in :) Type-A OCD Black-and-White ex-binge eater here.

Great job, congrats!! :) But we wouldn't be friends, since per your profile you'd unfriend me because before the forums I didn't log in every day, and I go through stretches where I don't use MFP. Absolutes either way are not good in fitness. You probably WILL miss a day. Or two. Or ten. Doesn't mean you're not committed!…

I'm 5'4" and 119 lbs. 107.5 lbs, which is the lowest healthy BMI, has a TDD of 1497. That's more than enough for me without exercise (and I'll never go below a healthy BMI). I work out a lot, though (because I love it). I'm into endurance events, i.e. triathlons, marathons, etc.

I get depessed after workouts because I run out of workout for the day :(

I couldn't run for more than 30 seconds back on Jan 2010 so I did the Couch 2 5K program, went on to Half Marathons, a Marathon, Half Ironmans (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, half marathon), a full Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, full marathon), was on mile 33 of a 100-mile bike ride when a car hit me so now I'm…

Those are the best types of threads :D

I wouldn't. Just maintain for the duration and then hit it hard when you come back. I've gone through various times when I couldn't work out. Last time I got hit by a car while on a bicycle I went on a binge spree and gained 15 lbs (and I'm stuck unable to lose the last 1.5 of the ones I gained, I went from 117.5 to 132.5…

http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/karnazes_dean1.jpg He eats whole pizzas folded in two like a sandwich while running. You should try to make him see the error of his ways.

Bingo. I get "You're too skinny!" enough in real life without people critiquing my food choices lol
-
Nope. Food is awesome.

No one ever wants to see my baked good :(

I don't have that disclaimer but I'm more apt to accept people with messages. If you include no message AND your diary and profile are locked to non-friends and I don't recognize your name from the boards, you're not getting friended. You have to give SOMEthing.

Counting calories works for me!

Ended up with 23.81 miles ran for the week, good start :)

I found this out on my own. I went sugar-free for 100 days back in January and even though I'm not sugar-free now (processed and added sugar and artificial sweeteners, I'm not talking about natural-occurring sugars as in fruits and vegetables), I eat mostly SF, and I had a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte just to see what the…

I've noticed a shift from low-calorie to healthy. Like I'll be at the market looking to buy something to make for that day and I'll be going skip, skip, skip, there is no nutritional value to this whatsoever. I'm a triathlete/runner so I want food to DO something inside of me. Fuel, repair, nourish, SOMEthing. Someone was…

Mine's 20.4 right now. I would say 20-22 would be a piece of cake but 20 and below requires to be on point with diet and exercise. But it's easily done. I've been as low as 19.2 (want to get there gain, working on it) and I kept getting the monthly visitor. When I had a BMI of 39.5 I DIDN'T, I started getting it regularly…

T: 2.XX W: 5.27 Th: 2.4X Today: 4 Sunday: 8 Can't wait for today! I <3 running :D

I started AT 230 lbs :D 119 lbs now (5'4"). Depends on what I'm doing. I was hit by a car while doing a 100-mile bike ride for charity and I still can't bike or swim so I've been slowly building myself back up with Spin and BodyPump at the gym and I've slowly increased my running speed and mileage and I'm doing Disney in…

No cheat days here. I like what I eat so no need to cheat on it.

5+ years. It became who I am. That's pretty much it. I love to work out and I love to watch what I eat and eat healthy.
-
I'm not short, I'm petite :D (5'4") Really small frame, wrist under 6 inches. I want to get as close to 107.5 which is the lowest healthy BMI for me without going under. 119 lbs now.

After 18 years of therapists, support groups, therapy groups, 12-step groups, forums, books, and websites, I decided to stop binging, and I did.

When I was fat I said to myself, I like eating, I don't like working out, so I'm "ok" being fat because I'm not willing to do anything to change it. My oldest sister always told me it was not ok to be fat and happy. Less money, less opportunity, society looks down on you, but I decided I was "fat and happy" because I…

You can't make them longer but most people (me included) have bad posture and it can "correct" it to its regular length :)

I go back and forth. The best way I figured it to get my BMR (1500), subtract the deficit I want per day (i.e. a lb per week, 500 per day) and set my daily limit to that (so my daily goal is 1000 right now) and I just add exercise, so this week I'll be running 21 miles, doing 1 spin, and 3 weight sessions, so 2538 in…

I like to do triathlons, so I mainly lose weight to be lighter :) And starting at 119 lbs and below I "look like a runner" (in my opinion, like I would look at myself, and think, she looks like a runner) so it's also for looks but to look like I look like a runner :)
-
Uhm, you know that's actually THE definition of a cheat meal lol

Never. I like what I eat, no need to cheat on it.
