I do wish I could pee standing up.

We've known each other for less than four months lol 20 lbs in 4 months, I can't imagine what it'd look like if I let it go on for a couple of years yeeech. I tell him time to get back to the woman he met and he tells me he loves me no matter what :D

I'm not posting mine....

It's a pet peeve of mine when people pile on someone and accuse them of an eating disorder. But by gosh, woman, you have the same tattoo and necklace and write the same exact info about treadmill stats/distance/miles/incline/time and a 20-hour-road trip.

115 lbw, 12-14 sizes (size 18 to size 4-6). I used to rest TV dinners on them and the tray stayed put. Now I can fit both in one hand :(

Well, if you don't want to share your weight, how about your BMI now and the BMI at the weight you want to be.
-
I've put in hundreds of miles of running (plus weights and spinning) since June and I have years of endurance racing :)
-
Oh I can do Dopey that's no issue, it just sucks I piled on the weight lol Yeah in between the two trips and the training, taper, racing, and recovery, I can't go into a weight loss plan just yet, which is what sucks the most, Feb seems ages away ha Once I can just concentrate on losing weight it'll come right off again.

Taper mode is when you wind down the exercise to get your body ready to run 48.X miles in 4 days (or whatever race you are doing). I'm eating 1500 calories a day at 5'4", I just can't go into 1-2 workouts a day mode and I won't be exercising because I'm going to see people and I only have 4 days to be with them.
-
Congrats!! How tall are you? I also started at 230 lbs and I have 7.5 lbs to go for ultimate goal weight :D
-
111 miles ran in September :D
-
5'4", started at 230 lbs. I was 119 lbs in those pictures, I'm currently 115 lbs.

Beefcake

117  Thanks! :)

Before vs. 9/11/14 230 lbs -> 119 lbs, 5'4" (I'm 117 lbs now).

Some people believe we shouldn't have dairy because the only animals who drink other species' milk are humans, no other animal does, and hence it was not made for us (i.e. hormones that can cause health issues, etc.). Google something like should humans drink milk for days' worth of fun reading.

I looooooove Artic Zero, every flavor. The only reason I don't eat it every day is because of its cost.

I've gone for stretches of time without using MFP and stayed at a normal weight. I haven't gone over 140 lbs and 145 is the overweight cutoff for me 5'4", 230 lbs to 117 lbs). I go through cycles of using it and not using it and have gained weight using it and lost weight not using it. tl;dr For me there's no correlation…

Hahahahahahahahaha.

Ohe floor outside it is not really conducive to meet people. I would pick a group class, those are great for socializing. I've done both and on the floor I've gotten to know people by face but rarely make friends. Some of them we've exchanged names but don't really chat. Helps that I'm a woman and men are more than happy…

23.8 week 1, 24.5 week 2, 27 week 3, 9.44 so far this week, so I'm at 84.74. I have 3 miles Friday, 5 Saturday, 10 Sunday, so I should hit 100 this week, whoohoo! :D

I went through this, the thinner I got the fatter I felt :) 5'4", 230 lbs -> 117 lbs. Eventually (years) it went away. I was overweight/obese my whole life until I turned 31 5 years ago so I had no experience being skinny.
-
It's what you do if you follow the 10-second rule.
-
That's exactly the mentality I'm talking about!!! What happens when someone makes a post here (and I've read a few) that they were called "fat." Oh, I'm sorry that happened to you, that's horrible, use it as motivation, people don't think, etc. Would you reply to them, "There are worse things in life than being called…

Your body doesn't know whether you're spinning, running, or doing Zumba. Focus on the food instead of the exercise. Eat less, move more.
-
Funny you should mention that because I used to be a binge eater. I'm just afraid one day someone's going to catch me in a bad day and are going to comment on my weight and I'll comment on their weight. And invariable no one skinnier than me, whatever version of skinny I'm at the moment (and it varies by 15 lbs or so based…

Sorry jumped the gun and made a thread before I noticed this :\ Debbie, Vegas, to write an autobiographical book, 1000 words a day for 100 days.
-
Just run. Just breathe. Your body will learn over time. I've been running for almost 5 years and I don't have a "breathing technique" and I've done up to a full Ironman.

I was told by someone at work who uses a walker that I look like s#!t. I rarely have people who are thinner than me tell me I'm too thin, if ever.
