  • I've used a sample pack of snytha-6 and it seemed really good. Right now I'm still going to some free samples I had received from a Fitness expo. I do have a canister of Oh Yeah! protein mix now too. It had a really good taste and gave 32 grams of protein I believe. Thanks for sharing your opinions.

  • EAS Sports Nutrition recently put out a new lean shake. It has 15 grams of protein if I'm not mistaken and is available at Target for about 20 bucks. I haven't sample it myself so I can't tell you how well it work. I have used CytoSports Muscle Milk Light and it has a good taste.
