I'm fine with receiving feedback as long as it's constructive. People on my FL know what my eating habits are like and know I'm not a super clean eater 100% of the time (IIFYM baby!). When I have slacked off for a couple of days, I have had people comment on it which has snapped me back into place. So yeah, feedback,…

Some form of protein powder, baby spinach leaves, frozen berries and psyllium husk powder. Sometimes (read when have some in the house) chuck in flax seeds. Pretty basic but gets the job done.
-
Sweet potato and spinach help me hit my targets, but yeah - noticed when logging some instant coffee one day that it was quite high in potassium xD
-
Haha, all good! And good luck! Hope you find a program that suits and gets the results you want! :)

I work on a 5 day split so that each major group is hit twice and there are 2 days off from lifting during the week. Start with the compounds first then hit a few assistance/auxiliary exercises. During the basketball season I drop the second lower body day as it affects my overall agility on the court when all jacked up…

When you say lighter, are you saying light enough where you're barely struggling on your last rep? You'll often see people talking about rep ranges for strength gains and rep ranges for hypertrophy (time under tension to stimulate muscle development). Maybe consider doing a strength based program for a while like…

Model or actress ;D

That figure and also nice shoulders!

I superset tricep pushdowns and skullcrushers using a decline bench, low cable pulley and an ezibar attachment. The stretch and subsequent pump after 3 supersets of 10-12 reps is freaking awesome!

Pass - pretty sure I'd get my *kitten* handed to me if trying any other option :p

Heavy lifter and usually big eater here, however cutting at the moment so intake is a bit more modest (2200-2600). Under 1500 club?? When trying to gain size/strength might put that much away in a single meal!
-
Just ate some Choc Chip Pop Tarts then xD
-
A-Freaking-Men! I do a mix of bodybuilding/powerlifting (<3 PHAT) and during the times when I was really working to add size and strength I'd be putting away 1400 calories worth of oat protein pancakes before a training session. God I can't wait for bulking season to come round again! To the OP: First of all, congrats on…

Flexible dieting + a bit of planning and you can get those naughty treats in and still keep your intake targets in check. I'm a sucker for nachos or gourmet pizza and will plan out my days eating around that cheat meal.

Nice to look at, fun to play with and can be used as a makeshift pillow. Multi-win! xD

Amen! Check out those Olympian cyclists with the massive quads. That didn't come from the bike! Squats (and other leg exercises) are the culprit there! Squats, unlike the bike will recruit a lot more muscles in the body to support and stabilize the lift so it's not just your legs being strengthened too.
-
Only thing I can think of adding is with your weights routine, don't be doing the same thing everyday as your muscles need time to repair and strengthen. Work out how many days you're able to do your strength training and find a program/split that suits the time you can commit to it. For me personally, I'm able to lift…

Had that problem first couple of times I tried an elliptical trainer. Felt really weird. Turns out I was going backwards, haha. Got the hang of it then tried a Cybex Arc Trainer which while similar has it's own quirks. Again, felt weird first couple of times using it. Same reason. Going backwards -_-

Had a basketball comp game. Warm up and stretches then 15 minute shootaround Played approximately 30 minutes of the game (we won - yay!) 45 minutes of shootaround/drills/practice after the game.
-
I personally prefer the Elliptical/Arc Trainer when using a cardio machine at the gym as as mentioned it's a lot easier on the joints and can give your upper body a little workout too. I play basketball regularly on hardwood floors and other hard surfaces so if I can reduce wear and tear on my joints at times, i'm gonna do…

Would have to pass. Not into cats. Or dudes.

The word "Absolutely" has started to bug me. Our Marketing department at work throw it around way too much.

Started as a geek then after a punch up at school ended up hanging out with trouble makers. By the end of high school I'd say I was a jock and part of the popular clique (how? NFI...) but still was open about my geekiness especially my love of gaming and computer tech. And stuff like Magic the Gathering. You could say I…

Sure would! Have had staffies all my life just like most of my extended family - they seem to be our family dog and for good reason :)

I was an avid EVE Online player for almost 4 years myself and I know what it takes to get up to Supercapital class ships and obtain the mods you want to deck them out and all the faction ships and deadspace/officer mods etc. My leaving EVE is very different. I actually left on my own accord cause it had become too time…
