Will give it a read when I have a bit more time. I tend to switch it up a bit personally and see what happens and currently am doing well on low carb/high fat. Will switch back to higher carbs soon though and repeat the cycle.

You gotta display some patience though. Can't do another transaction straight away. Need some time for the account to get topped up otherwise the next withdrawal may only be for a really small amount. Can't do much with that.

A bit of 2 way communication can really let you know how things are progressing. Time it all right, the withdrawal takes place, doesn't get dishonoured and you can get treated to a nice relaxing facial afterwards. Everyone's happy!

If things go pear shaped and the withdrawal fails, just call the bank and deal with it the morning after. Not much you can do right there and then.

I tend to do dips earlier in the workout and cable stuff at the end.
