I don't mind my height, but I would like it a lot more if I was between 6'2-6'4 :)

Train core not abs.

For me personally, breakfast is consumed at roughly 5am and workout starts at 7am letting all those morning carbs get digested and metabolised and then I'll have a post workout shake within 30 minutes of finishing. I used to train fasted but didn't feel as strong but have always tried to consume something pretty shortly…

I have a Polar FT4 (I think) and it has a live screen showing heart rate and calories burnt. Strange that there isn't a live screen.

Mornings before work. Never used to be a big morning person but that changed pretty quickly (surprisingly quickly actually!) I like feeling fresh when hitting the gym, not having already been up for 8-12 hours and spent a good portion of my energy on other activities. I also love that my gym is a lot quieter in the morning…

Work a different muscle group if you did an intense lower body/leg workout yesterday so that you can keep active without interfering too much with your recovery. Also consider getting a foam roller to use as they're pretty damn awesome for speeding up the recovery process - speaking from personal experience :)

Now I feel like cheese naan xD

You already listed most of my go to foods, haha. I hear Pop Tarts are carby! ;)

Originally to just get out of being obese/overweight - now looking to get in great shape, look good and get fit so that I can kick some *kitten* on the basketball court, and look good doing it, haha. In summary, I'm here for health, fitness and vanity ;)

You're gender neutral! :P I've used Optimum Nutrition on and off the last 18 months and have several female friends try it and end up getting their own tub as they enjoy the flavour, it's low carb and reasonably priced. They seem to use it as a meal replacement as well as post workout shake.

Most of the time I wear basketball gear to the gym since I have a tonne of it already, but I have picked up some clothes from Rebel Sport - some good gems in the clearance racks for a fraction of their original cost! Also have a bunch of tanks and t-shirts from supplement companies who throw a little something in the box…

A Hard Trance mix I did back in 2008 xD

Oh, I have no issues with the oil and know that it needs a stir if it sits for a while just seeing that layer on top for the first time after being so used to regular peanut butter was a bit of a suprise :P
-
Haha, what isn't!?

I love peanut butter but had a friend suggest I try Tahini as well. It's made from sesame seeds and while not as tasty as PB (in my opinion) it still went pretty well on toast and stuff. Here's a bit of info I stole from a website: "Like peanut butter, sesame seeds are filled with omega-6 fatty acids, and not so much…

I gave natural peanut butter a go and after the initial shock of all the oil when first opening I got the hang of it and much prefer it these days. I find regular peanut butter now salty and not as nutty, lol.

All but pass :p

1,3 DMAA products are banned in Australia. Luckily I stockpiled a few tubs. I've heard the new formulas are alright though. I personally liked Beta-Cret the best. Also used Mesomorph, Neurocore, Hemorage and Craze. I know Beta-Cret, Mesomorph, Jack3D and Craze have been re-released in Australia but without DMAA.

Negative.

Didn't log it, ate my fill including 2 desserts, haha.

I'll stick to IIFYM ;)

Krusty: It wasn't my fault, it was the Percodan. If you ask me, that stuff rots your brain. And now a word from our new sponsor... Percodan?! Aw, crap!
