Well, after reading through the posts, I guess I am better classified as a Geek than nerd. Though I am a Project Manager, I tend to be the unofficial IT person at work. Hahahaha. Yes I watch Anime, and attend the yearly Renaissance festival every year.

Ok in 30 days I have lost 16 lbs, and I am now losing about 2lbs a week. I eat my workout calories so my body doesn't consume muscle to help fuel it. Pure Protein bars have low carbs (17-18) and up to 20g of protein. They are pretty inexpensive and I get mine from Walmart. I also Use Body Fortress Advanced Whey Protein Powder and make protein shakes.
