Dude...I can roll off a list longer than santa's naughty list hahaha!! Lemmie see...popular ones: -Whole pack of biscuits -Whole block of cheese! Nom! -A whole load of fruit juice (Went through 6 1 litre cartons in 3 days once!!!) -Pizza...a big one. I never stop at 2 slices...heh -

It depends... If you ave to pay for the nutritionist I wouldn't bother!! If you stick to lean foods, veggies...etc...! Exercising...you WILL be fine...

Dieting + buffets = bad idea. You moderated. BUT....waste of money ;)! If you go to a buffet (well for me)...you would want to eat loads :D

I find that people who have cheat days want to tell others. Aka posting a new topic, or status, so they can get comments like "Oh it will be fine etc...start again tomorrow", which make them have other cheat days... (I used to be one of these people last year). Some people if they get negative comments about it, delete…
