Bring excercise DVD's to your hotel room. Or see if they have an excerise room or pool which you can hit up early in the morning to jump start your metabolism .Eat heavy breakfast with eggs, bacon and fruits, coffee and eat lighter dinner. I agree with older lady who posted. EAT most of your calories in the daytime, that way you are more active and burn more off doing everyday activities. Drink alot of water and don't go overboard on caffeine. If you have to workout at night, I'd suggest drinking chocolate milk after or a protein shake. That's it. better to…

I'm on my second round of P90X. Should I switch to phase III if I have don't have the six pack yet? I am currently at 11% body fat and want to get to 8-9% to get my abs to show. Shoudl I stay in phase II until I reach that body fat percentage and THEN try to bulk up? kind of a complicated question for advanced P90X people…
