  • Yay! I'm excited aabout breakfast again!
  • Okay I'm in college, so I am not always up early in the mornings! :wink: I need a quick breakfast food that I can pick up on the mad dash to class. I usually eat Pop-Tarts or Quaker Oats Granola Bars, but these seem to be rather bad for my diet. Does anyone know of anything I could eat on the go that is good for me??

  • Update!! My second day is going much better! I think I may have overindulged a little at lunch, but it's okay. I think I will try to run a couple of miles later to compensate for it! :happy:

  • Okay, my first day was alright. Instead of starting the diet and exercise I thought it would be fun to see what my normal life was like with my goals. It is crazy!! I pretty much doubled my calorie max for the day...its sad! :sad:
