I have a FitBit Flex and LOVE IT!!!!! No rashes or other problems. I wear mine 24/7 unless in the shower or it's charging. My husband bought a Force and hated it - it never worked right, so he sent it back and got a Flex, which he LOVES!!!!

According to: http://www.exercise.com/activity/pistol-shooting-or-trap-shooting, someone weighing 150 pounds, shooting for 60 minutes, would expend 170 calories. However, if I were in the middle of an IDPA match, I would probably burn a lot more, because I would be moving quite a bit.
